Allana began her career with Australia in Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering numerous knee injuries throughout time, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana had a great time in the team of New South Wales during her debut women's Rugby League game against Queensland in 2015, a game she also played in 2015.
